2018/2019 Winter Sports Registration
Instructional Basketball Grades 1st and 2nd - Starts January 2019
Basketball Grades 3rd-8th - Starts November 2018

It will take you to Sports Pilot where you can log in and register for the appropriate sport. If you are a first time user, you will need to create an account.
Registration Period:
Registration begins September 14th through October 2nd.
Late Registration is from October 3rd-16th and a $10 late fee will be applied.
Placement on a team with late registration cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Please pay with a credit card when you register if possible as it simplifies our accounting. If you need to pay by check, please contact Katie Jones at 330-212-7800 to register.
CYO Medical Release Reminder:
The CYO Pre-participation form can be printed from our website, www.ihmmustangs.org Athletes must have a CYO Pre-participation form signed by a physician and the parent prior to the first practice.
